Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Eddy's is a fantastic shop! I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. The atmosphere is very laid back and they knows their bikes! The bike selection is amazing and they are willing to bring in any bike, if for some strange reason they don't have it. Customer Service: The customer service is always awesome. I am always kindly greeted as I walk in the door and help is offered. The fits at Eddys are perfect. The employee's clearly know bikes and it shows through their customer service. Other Comments: Eddy's is clearly the best shop in Northeast Ohio. I have bought all of my bikes from them and will continue to do so in the future.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Nice shop, very neat with a good selection of bikes, their prices were a bit high, and i was talked to like a child that just had his training wheels removed (im 17). Customer Service: The service is ok, but i rarely get the help i need when im there. Other Comments: Basic repairs were extremely over prices and there tune ups and really not worth what they cost.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Nice selection of bike that are put together with the same care as Wal-Mart bikes. They offer a pro fitting of bike which consists of a teenager saying “yup looks about right”. While they offer warranties they will argue that you bike is just fine even if you know it isn’t. The prices they have are the highest I have seen. They are the biggest and far from the best. There repair work is marginal at best. Consider yourself lucky if they do not damage your bike. Customer Service: None here Other Comments: Go anywhere but here

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I found this shop lacking when I was shopping for a bike. Getting a test ride was harder than it should have been. They were willing to bring in any bike I wanted to try (which was nice), but I was not impressed with their efforts to fit the bike to me. They carry some high-quality bikes -- I was looking at the GF mountain bikes.
On the plus side, I've had good experience with their service. They changed a brake rotor for me for $4 and did it on the spot. They're also knowledgable about bike repairs and have done a nice job on maintenance for me. Maybe I just got a salesperson on a bad day . . . cost them a sale, but maybe next time I need a bike, their service will bring me back.

Racer Shop Summary: Hands down the premiere bike shop in Cleveland. Not only is their selection top notch for both mountain and road bikes they also have a knowledgeable sales team in place with a very laid back attitude. The manager Ryan os one of the most down to earth biker dudes I have met and is a service guru. Mike is another mountain biker who really knows his stuff. It is the one store in Cleveland with a killer high end selection and a non-elitist attitude.
