Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: This bike shop is my worsest expirience for web purchases.
Yes they have a lot of stuff, yes they have low prices, but the service is HORRIBLE!
I purchased a helmet on website.
I recieved it packed into posting box without any damadge. The inner box was clearly damadged and the helmet inside crashed.
The conclusion is that the helmet was sent broken altho clearly visible damadge.
I sent it back two month ago and still have no replacement.
Sended lot of emails without answer. Every time i call they say there was some information missing and they will send the helmet right away.
As i told two month from payment and still no helmet. Customer Service: No such a thing. They care about sellings only. Other Comments: Don't you ever deal with this guys.

Downhiller Shop Summary: I ordered a few products from your company last month. I ordered $230.97 worth of product. It was suppose to ship on time, but the company lost the order. I called to check on the shipping status and was told that I would be reimbursed 1/2 of the shipping cost which would have been $10 since shipping cost was $20. Instead of being reimbursed I was charged an additional $258.12. When I contacted the company about this, I was told it would be corrected. After a few days I was reimbursed $230.97. Leaving me still overpaying by $27.15. Finally after countless calls, I was given back the missing $27.15 that was charged extra onto my account. When I received the product, everything was in good order, except the fact that I was given a piece which was broken. I e-mailed the company and asked if it would be replaced, they said yes, if I were to ship the broken piece back. I asked if I would be reimbursed the shipping cost, and my email was ignored, and I never heard back from the company. That was over 2 weeks ago. Customer Service: Horrible? Other Comments: I will never purchase anything from this company again. Since then, I have contacted Better Business Bureau, who sought out this company, and have listed them as a negative business. That alone should tell you not to order from this company

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Yeah I agree, they have a fair deal on the stuff that they have. But the downside is'nt the prices. It's the horrible way they track their inventory. I ordered eighteen items to be exact. And only ten was delivered. Because they're out of stock. And of course it says on their website that all the stuff I ordered are in stock, when I ordered them. And that was three weeks ago from the time I am writing this review. And it actually says on their website that they are available even now. I mean what a way to sell goods in the internet. There I was trying to sort the things I wanna buy while saving for the money to buy them. Then comes the time you actually have the dough. Then comes the box and the stuff you tried to buy are'nt there, and they're actually the ones you're excited about that's missing. Customer Service: Well the guy I talked to seemed alright. He tried to mend the dissappointment I was having, by offering me free shipping on my next purchase. As if I still have stuff in their site to buy that I have'nt ordered. Other Comments: I also saw before on their site the kona hei hei which I was really excited about. And called them about it. Same thing it was on but out of stock.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: This review is about the Woodland Hills store. Seems well stocked without being cluttered or messy. Customer Service: I had done a bit of comparative shopping/information gathering in the LA area for a few weeks, and stopped in on a Thursday afternoon. The kid (and I mean KID) was courteous, but seemingly uninterested in helping me that much. I stopped back in on a Saturday, and dealt with Steve, the manager. What a difference! He let me test 4 different bikes, making sure each were set up for me (shock pressure, tire pressure, seat height), answered all my questions thoroughly (I am a newbie) and eventually guided me to the LEAST expensive bike with the GREATEST discount of the four. Then he helped me fit a new helmet properly, guided me on other accessory selection and helped me fit a Saris rack on my car. All on a very, very busy Saturday afternoon! Other Comments: After dealing with 5 or 6 other local bike stores in the Valley, I will only go to them in the future. As an added bonus, they are the closest LBS to my home.

Downhiller Shop Summary: I bought a 2007 Giant Reign x1 from here, got a great deal from a good knowledgeable salesman. Deal couldn't be beat, I looked all over LA for a shop with prices and selection like this and there weren't any close by. After I came home I went to put on my shimano spd clip into my shoe and the damn thing had no threads so I went back to get a new clip and my roommate wanted to check out the shop and he ended up buying an 06 specialized enduro expert for over a grand off the sticker price, last one they had in stock. He got a great deal too. Customer Service: good knowledgeable.
