Racer Customer Service: To much pot smoking and steroid eatin' at this place. The help either want's to pick fight's with the customers, or their to stoned to know what day it is. To much negativity is this place. Go elsewhere!!!!

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Limited selection of high performance brands. Emphasis on very good, high ticket product. High-end demo bikes available for rent. Combined with location, affords great opportunity to test these bikes on challenging terrain. Customer Service: Very disappointing. While the demo bike I was equipped with was a fine piece of equipment, the staff seemed apathetic to educating me on it's capabilities and functionality. What was most troubling was the fact that it progressively detuned a mere 4 miles into my 9 mile ride (Snowmass East Government Trail) rendering the bike almost unrideable by the time I reached my destination. Further, had I not noticed that my front hub and come loose just prior to my decent to the valley floor, I may have damaged the bike, wheel-set, or myself. What was equally perplexing and the basis for my review, was the treatment I received from store staff when I explained to them what occurred: A repeated insinuation that I was the cause for both conditions was the bottom-line, with one staffer actually questioning my sincerity (in essence, calling me a liar) that the bike was not abused (his basis: the bike was muddy). In summery…at least based on my single experience: Customer service ethic was absent with staffer attitudes ranging from apathetic to combative. Store product, while top-shelf, was, at best, poorly maintained. I will take my business else where next year.

Cross Country Rider Customer Service: terrible customer service! Major attitude, not friendly. I will never rent or purchase from this company again. So many bike shops to chose from in aspen, why deal with argumentative employees.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: they have two shops, one in aspen and one in carbondale .I bought a asr in the aspen store a bunch of years back and they stood behind it. Now I'm buying a 575 in the carbondale store. Customer Service:
Like all shops, every year can be different. Bubba is a good friend of mine and he always takes great care of me and for the most part so does every one else. Turn over in aspen can be high so it is very hard to get good help and keep it. With that being said, you have to sometimes deal with what you get. Both the owner and his wife work in the stores so you can count on good service. Other Comments: Like someone else said, they have great product and great service. They stand behind their work. At the end of the season they have great sales. So give them a visit when in the area.
they also have wednesday night group rides!!
