Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Good selection of bikes. The sales rep knew his stuff, and they were well stocked with what I was looking for. Customer Service: I just went in for a basic tune up on a bike I got 2nd hand from my cousin. I know it needed a lot of work, but I believe in recycling, and I had hoped of making it good as new. I dropped it off Tuesday, and they said I could pick it up Friday. I came back Monday, and they barely touched it. The old chain my cousin left on was still there! I got 1/2 way down the block when I noticed the grinding sound was still there. I took it back disappointed in the service, and he got it back to me that afternoon slightly improved. I went to work, and later noticed the same grinding problem as before. When I got a chance I went back for the last time, and for the 3rd time, they didn't want to fix my bike. They didn't even bother to offer any solutions, or up sell another bike, or anything. It's like they didn't want my business, money, or for me to ride on a perfectly running bike. Other Comments: They were rude, short with me for no reason, and didn't do much to fix the bike. The grinding I'm told may be the bearings in the hub, and they just don't want to work on a European made bike for not a lot of money when they have dozens of 500-6000 bikes to work on owned by white people. It stinks of racism for all I know. I never want to go there again or see their faces as long as I live.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: The mechanics know their business. The sales dept doesn't know how to sell bikes. Customer Service: Excellent in the repair shop. Pretty crappy (my experience anyway) in the sales dept. Other Comments: I was pretty disappointed when looking for a new bike- The sales guy told me not to take it over any curbs and not to leave the parking lot. Considering I'm a 41 year old engineer and the bike was a full suspension Rocky Mountain Slayer, you'd think they'd be a little more willing to let me get to know the bike. Every other bike shop in town lets you ride their bikes, and that's why I bought somewhere else.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: They have a good selection of Bicycles and a helpful staff. However the owner is an absolute moron. Whenever he has helped me he has been rude and arrogant. I bought a bike there which was stoelen a few years later. I called them to ask for the bikes serial number because I had lost the paper work. I talked to the owner and explained the situation, to which he replied were to busy, bye. That was it he hung up on me and refused to find the serial number even after admitting they had it on file in the back. I was, and still am astounded by the terrible customer service. Customer Service: The worst Ive ever had. Other Comments: Do the bicycle community a favor and dont shope here.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Very easy to walk around with an excellent selection of entry level and high end MTB's as well as a superb selection on Road bikes and cruisers. Customer Service: The shop has a crew of very well trained and knowledgeable employees. By far some of the best mechanics in the state! I live 2 miles from another shop in town but I opt to drive the 8 mile round trip simply because of the customer service, selection and atmosphere.
